Continuing on from our previous blog about the very first tree design we ever created, we thought we’d pick out another fantastic example of a tree done in fused glass art. This one is especially interesting, as it’s considerably wider than most single panel splashbacks. The effect is definitely worth mentioning. It was created for a customer in Hemel Hempstead, this especially wide Tree of Life design was created to fill a space that no other kind of art could.

The design is laid out upon a blue and purple background, stretching from one end of the kitchen to the other. The tree has especially far reaching branches as a result, running across the length of the cabinets and creating a very interesting effect. It’s definitely unique for this particular kind of design, but with the lights lining the space and highlighting the panel as a central feature, we think it works incredibly well! What about you?
