This incredible fused glass splashback was made for a client in St. Martin, Jersey, though look closely – it’s actually made out of three separate panels joined together absolutely seamlessly. Burning orange and red hues make up the background of the piece, and the main basis for the design. Although there’s a soft gradient blending each of the incredible colours together, the effect is vivid, bold and exciting. It’s an incredibly warm and welcoming colour, perfect for a kitchen that deserves to be both the centre of the home and the centre of attention. Finally, a bold line runs across the centre of the piece like a horizon, providing contrast, while a whole sea of boats show their sails in the foreground.
We’re very pleased with how it turned out!
