I don’t know about you, but I’ve been really enjoying these long summer nights recently. Relaxing in the garden after a BBQ tea with a nice glass of wine, in the company of family and friends, is just the perfect way to enjoy your evening – even on a school night! I have to admit, I have been staying out a little later come the weekend, but when you’ve got nothing to be up for it can’t be helped! I’ve been using my fused glass lighting to keep me company and to elongate the summer evenings. It’s been staying lighter for longer obviously but it has to get dark at some point – well, not with my fused glass lighting.

The great thing about fused glass lighting is that not only is it completely functional, it’s also absolutely stunning to look at – so you get a decoration out of it too. I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve had on my fused glass lighting and I’ve even had some requests too.

I’m hoping the British summer holds up a little bit longer, you never know with the UK weather what you’re going to get. We all know what summer is supposed to be like, but it’s very hit and miss over here. Hopefully I’ll be able to get some more use out of my fused glass lighting before the weather changes. If not, they’re always great for indoor use too so I can just bring the entertainment inside!

So, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to plan my next weekend with my fused glass lighting
