This stunning bespoke glass splashback was delivered to a home in Tongham, Farnham. Starting with a mint green background, even the space behind the tree is full of details. The tree itself was drawn onto the glass in kiln pen, and you can see every stroke added to the design much like you’d be able to see in a more traditional painting.
Each leaf was hand cut and placed individually. Together they display a wide range of colours from a warmer palette, standing out and contrasting against the comparitively cool shades behind. You’ll be able to spot everything from reds and yellows all the way to paler shades of green and purple, with even a few metallic silver pieces included. The finishing touches come in the form of flowers that line the bottom of the piece.
