This beautiful home splashback was delivered to a home in Fareham, Hampshire. Each fish in the design was cut by hand and placed carefully to create the image of a sparse shoal. There’s a ton of diversity on show, with some fish shining in silver metallic shades, some wearing a finely detailed texture, and others blending into the background with blue hues. The bubbles in the piece are naturally forming artifacts that are created as part of the fusing process, when air becomes trapped, but we always love the way those bubbles bring character to a piece. Here, they definitely help to make the glass feel even more aquatic!

The background is a subtly layered gradient that goes from a gorgeous ocean blue to a more turquoise shade as it rises from bottom to top, but you should be able to make out the waving lines that mark out each colour change.
