Drumoak is a village in Aberdeenshire, well known for its scenic landscape and historic castle. A little while ago, we thought we’d add to that with our very own fused glass art and bring some exciting zest to an otherwise sleepy Scottish backdrop! You can see the piece in question pictured above, a fused glass kitchen splashback that definitely makes the most of the vivid hues often seen in fused glass art.

Glass Splashbacks Scotland Aberdeenshire Puppy
As dog lovers ourselves, we couldn’t help but adore this gorgeous pup when we were there!

As you can see, the piece itself is a pretty spicy design, utilising a huge range of bold red hues and orange accents to create a very warm, fiery look. It sits neatly behind the cooker, measured and cut to fit perfectly when placed in situ. As an added bonus, we think that the warm tones of the splashback match their dog, a pup that we had to try our hardest not to take back with us. The owners wouldn’t hear of it!

We wouldn’t blame you if you took a liking to this splashback in much the same way, of course, but unfortunately it’s only one of a kind and definitely there to stay for a long time to come. The good news is, however, that you could have one that looks just like it, or a piece that’s inspired by the design but altered according to what you want. You could even get something completely different if you wanted to, as the bespoke nature of our fused glass art ensures that we’ll always be able to make glass that’s uniquely personalised just for you.

We always enjoy creating glass splashbacks Scotland-wide, as we get to deliver them there. In much the same way, we’ll be available to come down and deliver your glass no matter where you are in the UK. Just let us know what you’re looking for!
