The latest piece of home glass art to make it onto our blog comes from a home on Hayling Island, Hampshire. The customer actually had purchased glass from us before, so it wasn’t long before we were getting started on this new addition to the home. As you should be able to tell from the picture above, the piece puts a unique spin on our classic Tree of Life design, placing the tree itself off to the left of the image in the foreground and featuring an entire landscape – complete with land, sea and sky. The cool tones used in the design complement the warm atmosphere perfectly, contrasting with the fireplace nestled below!

Lisa worked with soft gradients in order to give the piece a painterly style, blending colours together seamlessly. You can see this in the way that the sea reflects the sky, broken only by the rising of the distant landscape. The result is a stunning combination of styles that work perfectly together. We love how this piece of home glass art for the wall makes for a one-of-a-kind fit, making full use of an otherwise blank space to create a memorable centrepiece that’s sure to grab all the right kinds of attention.

Our glass wall art is definitely versatile enough to go wherever you’d like it to go. That’s because we make every one of our beautiful fused glass pieces by hand, creating them from the ground up from blank sheets of glass that don’t have so much as a single grain of powder or colour on them before we get to work. We can guarantee that even if you’re not interested in a design that looks like the one pictured above, you’ll be able to get a piece of glass that suits your home perfectly.
