Hello again! How has your May been so far? We’ve been busy, so much so that we’ve barely had the time to hop on our blog. We thought we’d feature this recent job today, however, as it’s a piece that we’ve just done and it’s something that we’re very proud of. As a prime example of just how varied our fused glass art can be, we wouldn’t want you to miss out on the chance to see it!

A gorgeous kitchen splashback perfectly measured and cut down to the client’s specification, the piece is a reproduction of a painting by artist Patrick Cannon depicting a place by the name of Wittenham Clumps in Oxfordshire. It features a vibrant and bold mix of green shades perfectly accented by orange and blue, with strong lines that perfectly lend themselves to the medium of fused glass art.

The artist gave our own resident glass artist Lisa permission to do it, and he was absolutely delighted with the result, so we can’t argue with that one! What do you think about this piece?
